Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  • If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, break up until burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

  • If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.

    Trim green beans, if necessary, and cut into 1" pieces.

    Cook the Vegetables

    Place a medium pot over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add mushrooms, green beans, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pot. Stir occasionally until green beans are lightly browned and beginning to soften, 1-3 minutes.

    Add the Turkey

    Add ground turkey to hot pot. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.

    Add Sauce and Finish Dish

    Add savory seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and cream base to hot pot. Stir until combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
