Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Heat the Rolls

Heat rolls to your preference using a toaster or microwave.

Alternatively, place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add rolls, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground turkey, taco seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form turkey mixture into 4 equally-sized patties, 5" across.

Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add patties to hot pan. Cook until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.

Evenly top patties with shredded cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    While patties cook, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Make the Corn Relish

Drain and rinse beans in a colander/strainer.

Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add mixed peppers and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender, 6-8 minutes.

Add corn, beans, 1/4 tsp. salt, fiesta seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Stir occasionally until combined and heated through, 3-4 minutes.

Remove from burner. Stir in 1 Tbsp. softened butter and cotija until combined.

While corn relish cooks, continue recipe.

  4. 4

    Prepare Ingredients and Finish Dish

Core tomato and cut into 1/4" rounds. Season all over with a pinch of salt.

Halve avocado and remove pit by carefully tapping pit with the blade of your knife so it sticks. Gently twist knife to release pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Thinly slice and season with a pinch of salt.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with tomatoes, patty, dressing, avocado, then top roll. Bon appétit!
