Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prep

    Chop bok choy (separate)

    Chop green onion (separate)

    Cook Turkey

    In a medium pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Add turkey and cook to brown all over. Add seasoning and green onion bottoms and cook 1 minute. Add bok choy and toss to wilt. Remove from heat and stir in half the soy sauce. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

    Cook Vegetables

    In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Cook carrots and bok choy bottoms until tender, 4-5 minutes toss frequently. Add edamame, peanuts, chili sauce and remaining soy. Toss to coat. Add turkey mixture and toss to coat.

    Top the dish with green onion tops and crispy jalapenos.
