Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.

    Assemble The Enchiladas

    Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Combine turkey, half the cheese, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper on provided tray.

    Divide turkey mixture, taco seasoning, beans, and corn evenly between tortillas, placing filling in center of tortilla. Tightly roll tortilla around filling. Place in provided tray in a single layer, seam-side down. Top with remaining cheese.

    Finish The Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Drizzle chipotle ranch on top and garnish with guacamole. Bon appétit!
