If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 3, breaking up burger until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 3, breaking up pork until no pink remains and pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 3, breaking up beef until no pink remains and beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 3, cooking until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Tzatziki Crema
Halve tomatoes.
Halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips.In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and tzatziki dip. Set aside. -
2 Par-Bake the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads directly on oven rack in hot oven and bake until flatbread edges are brown and crispy, 6-8 minutes.
While flatbreads par-bake, cook topping. -
3 Cook the Topping
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add onion and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until onions are translucent, 2-3 minutes.
Add ground turkey and seasoning blend. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.Add tomatoes and a pinch of pepper. Stir occasionally until tomatoes soften, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Assemble and Bake the Flatbreads
Place par-baked flatbreads on a clean work surface. Top evenly with cheese, then topping.
Place flatbreads directly on oven rack, with prepared baking sheet on rack below to catch any drips. Bake until golden brown and warmed through, 5-7 minutes. -
5 Finish the Dish
