Prepare your ingredients, place them in the cooker, and then live your best life for hours and hours, while the scrumptiousness builds and your dinner slowly cooks. Plus, we're giving you enough for leftovers. Groovy.

You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare Ingredients and Make Salsa
Halve and peel onions. Cut halves into 1/4" dice.
Stem jalapeño, halve, seed, remove ribs, and cut into 1/4" dice. Wash hands and cutting board after working with jalapeño.Mince cilantro, leaves and stems.Halve limes and juice.Drain beans.In a mixing bowl, combine 1/3 the onion (reserve remaining for turkey), jalapeño (to taste), cilantro, lime juice, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Set aside, stirring a few times to allow flavors to marry.
Start the Meal
In a clean slow cooker, combine 1 1/2 cups water, remaining onion, ground turkey, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Turn slow cooker on to high heat. Cover, and cook until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 4 hours.
Make the Macaroni
After 31/2 hours, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once water is boiling, add macaroni and cook until al dente, 7-9 minutes.
Drain macaroni in a colander.When 10 minutes are left to cook, stir macaroni, beans, half the cheddar (reserve remaining for garnish), and cream cheese into slow cooker.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chili mac with remaining cheddar and homemade salsa. Bon appétit!
