Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

1 Cook the Broccoli
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.
Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While broccoli cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Ground Turkey
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce
Add flour to hot pan with turkey and stir until no dry flour remains.
Add 2 cups water, mushroom base, garlic salt, creme fraiche, Asiago, and 3/4 the cheddar (reserve remaining for garnish). Stir often until combined and sauce is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Add Pasta and Broccoli and Finish Dish
Add pasta and broccoli to hot pan with turkey. Stir occasionally until combined and pasta is heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with remaining cheddar. Bon appétit!
