Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using 16 oz. shrimp or jumbo shrimp, follow same instructions in Steps 2 and 3.

If using diced chicken, follow same instructions in Step 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Place rice on one side of provided tray. Top rice with snow peas, roasted red peppers, and water chestnuts. Top vegetables with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Add the Shrimp
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.
Add shrimp to empty side of tray. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top shrimp with teriyaki glaze, honey, and walnuts. Bon appétit!
