If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and 3/4 the seasoned salt (reserve remaining for patties). Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until slightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Shallot and Form Patties
Peel and slice shallot into very thin rounds.
In a mixing bowl, combine shallots and flour. Set aside.Form ground beef into 2 equally-sized patties, 5" across. Season both sides with remaining seasoned salt and a pinch of pepper. -
3 Fry the Shallots
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.Add shallots to hot pan, shaking off any excess flour. Fry until golden-brown, 2-3 minutes.Transfer shallots to towel-lined plate and season all over with a pinch of salt. Wipe pan clean and keep over medium-high heat. -
4 Cook the Patties
Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill this burger, heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.

5 Heat Buns, Make Spread, and Finish Dish
Heat buns to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place buns directly on rack in hot oven, cut-side up. Toast until slightly browned, 3-4 minutes.In another mixing bowl, combine maple seasoning, 1 tsp. water, and mustard (to taste).Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with spread, patty, shallots, arugula, then top bun.
