Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Microwave Instructions

    Refrigerate until use.

    For food safety: Heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

    Remove sleeve. Peel back one corner of film to vent. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave covered, 2 minutes.

    Remove from microwave. Peel back film and stir to combine. Replace film. Microwave covered again, 2 minutes.

    Remove from microwave. Tray will be hot! Use caution. Rest, 1 minute.

    Remove film. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Refrigerate until use.

    For food safety: Heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

    Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes.

    Remove sleeve and film. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 25 minutes.

    Remove from oven. Baking sheet will be hot! Use caution. Rest, 1 minute.
