Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Bake the Filling
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Break turkey into small pieces. Combine turkey, corn, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 17-20 minutes.
While filling bakes, make slaw.
Make the Slaw
Mix slaw mix and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl until completely combined.
Warm Tortillas and Finish Dish
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in half the Buffalo sauce (to taste) (reserve remaining for garnish).
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
Fill tortillas with filling, remaining Buffalo sauce (to taste), slaw, cheese, cilantro, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
