You Will Need
Medium Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. If using pork chops, follow same instructions.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
If using pork chops, follow same instructions and cook until chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil. Wipe pan clean and reserve.
While chicken cooks, prepare ingredients.
Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter apple and remove core. Thinly slice.
Coarsely chop almonds.
Make the Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine arugula, almonds, apple, and dressing. Set aside.
Heat Sauce and Finish Dish
Return pan used to cook chicken to medium heat. Add alfredo sauce to hot pan and stir occasionally until warmed through, 30-60 seconds.
Remove from burner.
Slice chicken if desired.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with sauce. Bon appétit!
