Recipe Steps

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.

    Place broccoli in half of provided tray and top with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    Place rice in other half.

    Add Pork and Topping

    Top rice evenly with pulled pork, breaking into small pieces. Drizzle on hoisin, then honey.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork is deep brown and glazed, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven and drizzle broccoli with dressing and sprinkle pork with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
