Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine onions, zucchini, buttermilk-dill seasoning, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil.Push vegetables to one side and top with Parmesan and half the panko (reserve remaining for meatloaves). -
Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining panko, a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water. Rest, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, half the cheddar (reserve remaining for topping), garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves.Place loaves in empty side of tray. Top evenly with ketchup, remaining cheddar, then bacon. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
