Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine green beans, corn, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cheese, bacon, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into two evenly-sized meatloaves and place in empty side of tray. Cover with foil and bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Bake the Meal

    Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until browned and loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Carefully remove from oven. Garnish meatloaves with BBQ sauce. Bon appétit!
