Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side and top with butter. -
2 Add the Chicken
Place marinara in empty half of tray and top with chicken. Top chicken with panko and Parmesan. Drizzle with 2 tsp. olive oil.
If using steak, follow same instructions. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken is browned and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
If using steak, bake uncovered in hot oven until steak is browned and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-30 minutes.Carefully, remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes. Bon appétit!
