1 Start the Meatloaves
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, bacon, panko, cheese, half the hot sauce (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for carrots), and a pinch of salt. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves. Place in provided tray and cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 18 minutes.Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step. While meatloaves bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Carrots
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine carrots, a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 4-6 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave and drain excess liquid. Stir in honey, remaining hot sauce (to taste), and garlic salt.Carefully remove tray from oven and drain excess liquid. Push meatloaves to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer carrots to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
