Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3 baking covered, 15 minutes, uncovering, and baking again until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 10-15 minutes. Green beans may need to continue baking 4-5 minutes longer.

  • If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3 baking covered, 15 minutes, uncovering, and baking again until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3 baking covered, 15 minutes, uncovering, and baking again until loaves are heated through, 15-20 minutes.

    Prepare the Vegetables

    Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine green beans, corn, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side.

    Add the Meatloaves

    In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cheese, bacon, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into two evenly-sized meatloaves and place in empty side of tray.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Bake the Meal

    Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil.

    Bake again uncovered in hot oven until browned and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, garnish meatloaves with BBQ sauce. Bon appétit!
