Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Make The Meal
If using microwave,. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add broccoli, bbq seasoning, and 1 tablespoon water in provided tray.
Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and push to one corner of tray. Add mashed potatoes, *bacon, and **cheese to same side as broccoli. Add brisket and bbq sauce to empty side of tray. Cover and microwave until warmed through 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Garnish with crispy onions. If using oven, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add broccoli, bbq seasoning, and 1 tablespoon water in provided tray.
