  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Trim and thinly slice green onions. Form ground beef into two equally-sized patties. Season both sides with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side. Remove from burner. While burgers cook, cook potatoes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add potatoes to hot pan. Cook until lightly browned on two sides, 3-4 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Stir in bacon and cook until bacon is crisp, 1-2 minutes. Remove from burner. Stir in green onions and hot sauce (to taste).

  4. 4

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spreading cheese spread on bottom bun and topping with patties, BBQ sauce, and top bun. Bon appétit!
