Cooking Guidelines

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions.
Form ground beef into two equally-sized patties. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. -
Cook the Patties
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While burgers cook, cook potatoes. -
Cook the Potatoes
Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add potatoes to hot pan. Cook until lightly browned on two sides, 3-4 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Stir in bacon and cook until bacon is crisp, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in green onions and hot sauce (to taste). -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spreading cheese spread on bottom bun and topping with patties, BBQ sauce, and top bun. Bon appétit!
