Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces. Halve lime.
In one provided tray, combine poblano, onion, 1 tsp. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and chipotle seasoning (to taste).Microwave uncovered until lightly softened, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in corn.Microwave again uncovered, 30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Squeeze one lime half into tray and add 1 tsp. olive oil.In second provided tray, combine pulled pork and BBQ sauce. Top with cheese.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.To serve, place pork mixture in tortillas and top with vegetables. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces. Halve lime.
In one provided tray, combine poblano, onion, 1 tsp. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and chipotle seasoning (to taste). In second provided tray, combine pulled pork and BBQ sauce. Top with cheese.Cover pulled pork tray with foil. Place both trays on a baking sheet. Bake (vegetables uncovered and pork covered) in hot oven until pork is heated through and vegetables have softened, 9-11 minutes.Carefully remove vegetable tray from oven. Add corn to vegetables and place tray again on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered, 5 minutes.While vegetables bake, wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Squeeze one lime half into vegetable tray and add 1 tsp. olive oil.To serve, place pork mixture in tortillas and top with vegetables. Bon appétit!
