    Microwave Instructions

Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain pulled pork and separate pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix and dressing.

In one provided tray, combine flour and 2 tsp. olive oil. Stir until no dry flour remains. Add 1/2 cup water, garlic salt, and cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until cream cheese melts and mixture starts to thicken, 3-4 minutes.

Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add 2 Tbsp. water, bacon, and 2/3 the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for topping). Stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Add pasta and stir until combined and coated. Top with remaining shredded cheese.

Microwave uncovered until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave.

In second provided tray, combine pulled pork, 1/4 cup water, and BBQ sauce. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.

Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until cream cheese melts and mixture starts to thicken, 13-15 minutes.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Add 2 Tbsp. water, bacon, and 2/3 the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for topping). Stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Add pasta and stir until combined and coated. Top with remaining shredded cheese.

In second provided tray, combine pulled pork, 1/4 cup water, and BBQ sauce. Cover tray with foil. Place both trays on a baking sheet. Bake again (pork tray covered, pasta tray uncovered), until cheese has melted and pulled pork is heated through, 8-10 minutes.
