Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if needed. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Place potatoes and corn in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
2 Add Pork Chops and Seasoning
Cover vegetables evenly with cheese. Top with pork chops.
Sprinkle seasoning blend evenly over dish. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered until cheese is melted and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and let cool slightly, 2-3 minutes.Top pork with BBQ sauce and garnish dish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
