Make The Meal
If using microwave,. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine peppers, rice, and 2 tablespoons water on one side in provided tray.
Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and stir in buttermilk seasoning, edamame, corn, mirepoix concentrate, and half the garlic salt. Add salmon, remaining garlic salt, and half the bbq sauce on empty side of tray. Cover and microwave until warmed through 5-7 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Garnish with remaining bbq sauce If using oven, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine peppers, rice, and 2 tablespoons water on one side in provided tray.Cover tray with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir in buttermilk dill seasoning, edamame, corn, mirepoix concentrate, and half the garlic salt. Add salmon, remaining garlic salt, and half the bbq sauce on empty side of tray. Cover and bake until warmed through 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Garnish with remaining bbq sauce.
