1 Make the Meal
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. In one section of provided tray, combine rice, cream sauce base, garlic salt, and 1/4 cup water. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave, 3 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), peas, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt into rice. In empty section, combine marinara sauce, demi-glace, and seasoning blend. Top with brisket and 1/4 cup water. Cover again with a damp paper towel and microwave until heated through, 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and stir brisket until coated in sauce. Garnish risotto with remaining Parmesan and a pinch of salt. Bon appétit!

Top with brisket and 1/4 cup water. Place tray on baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir brisket until coated in sauce.
