Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

    Cook the Beef

    Place ground beef in provided tray. Break up into bite-sized pieces and spread into a single layer. Evenly top with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 13-18 minutes.

    While beef bakes, continue recipe.

    Prepare Sauce and Add Pasta

    Tear spinach leaves.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, garlic and parsley seasoning, mozzarella, and flour. Cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until heated through, 45-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave.

    After 13-18 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in tomato sauce, chimichurri seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, pasta, and spinach until combined. Spread into a single layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Bake and Finish the Meal

    Evenly top pasta with sauce mixture, then Parmesan and feta.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 10-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.
