Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Make the Dish

    If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine spinach, pasta, garlic pepper, stroganoff sauce, a pinch of salt, and 1 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in beef and sour cream. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave again until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Garnish with crispy onions. Bon appetit! If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine spinach, pasta, garlic pepper, stroganoff sauce, a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 15-16 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in beef and sour cream. Cover again with foil and place again on baking sheet. Bake again until warmed through, 5-7 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
