If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Halve and juice orange.
Coarsely chop walnuts. -
2 Prepare the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with piri piri seasoning (use less if spice-averse).

3 Cook the Pork Chops
Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill these pork chops, heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add pork chops to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Transfer pork to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes. Wipe pan clean and keep over medium heat. -
4 Make the Sauce
Add orange juice, butter, and chicken base to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, remove from burner.While sauce simmers, continue recipe. -
5 Assemble Salad and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, spring mix, cheese, dressing (to taste), and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with sauce and garnishing salad with walnuts. Slice pork chop, if desired. Bon appétit!
