In provided tray add pasta in single layer. Top with Bolognese, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, pink seasoned salt and pinch of pepper. Cover with damp paper towel and microwave on high for 3 min. In a bowl mash together garlic, garlic and herb cheese spread, and ricotta pinch of salt and pepper. Carefully remove tray from microwave and discard paper towel and stir to combine pasta. Top with 8 spoonfuls of cheese mix. Add mozzarella in a single layer. Season with a pinch fo salt, 1 tsp olive oil. Microwave on high until cheese is fully melted and sauce is bubbly, 2-3 min. Top with Bolognese, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, pink seasoned salt, 1 Tbsp water and pinch of pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 15 min. In a bowl mash together garlic, garlic and herb cheese spread, ricotta, pinch of salt and pepper. Carefully remove tray from oven and discard foil and stir to combine pasta. Top with 8 spoonfuls of cheese mix. Add mozzarella in a single layer.Season with a pinch of salt, 1 tsp olive oil. Bake in hot oven until cheese is fully melted and sauce is bubbly, 8 min.
