Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Prick tomatoes all over.

    Combine artichokes, bolognese, cream cheese, garlic salt, and tomatoes in provided tray.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until tomatoes burst, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Gently press tomatoes to release their juices. Stir in pasta and a pinch of salt. Top with Parmesan.

    Microwave again uncovered until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. To serve, garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Prick tomatoes all over.

    Combine artichokes, bolognese, cream cheese, garlic salt, and tomatoes in provided tray.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until tomatoes burst, 10-12 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Gently press tomatoes to release their juices. Stir in pasta and a pinch of salt. Top with Parmesan.

    Place on a baking sheet and bake again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. To serve, garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
