    Place rice, broccoli and 1¼ cups of water in the pan. Place chicken on top and season with ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Drizzle alfredo sauce on top of the dish. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake in a hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-24 minutes.
