Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Broccoli
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands. In provided tray, combine broccoli, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until mostly tender, 12-14 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Risotto
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, minced garlic and parsley, cheddar, mirepoix base, and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until melted, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir until smooth.Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging and stir into sauce.After 12-14 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push broccoli to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer risotto to now-empty side of tray.Cover with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again covered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and risotto is heated through, 10-12 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir risotto to combine.To serve, top risotto with broccoli and garnish meal with crispy onions and Parmesan. Bon appétit!
