Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground turkey, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Hold romaine heart at root end and chop coarsely.
Trim and slice radish into thin rounds.Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice.In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup and brown sugar. Set aside. -
2 Form the Meatloaves
In another mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, ricotta, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. -
3 Assemble the Meatloaves
Place meatloaves on prepared baking sheet. Evenly top with ketchup-brown sugar mixture.

4 Roast the Meatloaves
Roast in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 17-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
5 Assemble Salad and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine romaine, radish, tomatoes, shredded cheese, dressing, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with croutons. Bon appétit!
