Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Add the Pork Chops
Carefully remove from oven. Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place pork chops in empty side of tray. Top evenly with blue cheese and bacon.
Bake the Dish
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until green beans* are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Garnish pork chops with Buffalo sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
