Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Make the Dish

    If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pulled pork, pasta, cream base, corn, ¼ cup water, onion, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until onions are tender and dish is heated through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Add buffalo sauce (to taste) and stir to combine. Top with Parmesan and crispy red peppers. Bon appétit! If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pulled pork, pasta, cream base, corn, onion, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on baking sheet and bake covered in hot oven until onions are tender and dish is heated through, 18-22 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Add buffalo sauce (to taste) and stir to combine. Top with Parmesan and crispy red peppers. Bon appétit!
