Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 30-35 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until burger is heated through, 28-30 minutes.

1 Start the Cauliflower
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine cauliflower and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven, 5 minutes.Cauliflower will finish cooking in a later step. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
Combine ground pork, Sriracha (use less if spice-averse), panko, and 1/4 tsp. salt in a mixing bowl. Form into two equally-sized loaves.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Push cauliflower to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place loaves in empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
While meal bakes, stem cilantro, reserving leaves whole.Coarsely crush peanuts in bag.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top loaves with garlic sesame sauce and garnish cauliflower with sweet chili sauce, citrus mojo rub, peanuts, and cilantro. Bon appétit!
