Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Butternut Squash
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine butternut squash, taco seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until softened, 10-12 minutes. -
2 Add Peppers and Sauce and Bake Meal
Carefully remove from oven. Add peppers and enchilada sauce to tray and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 10-15 minutes.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Make Slaw and Heat Tortillas
In a mixing bowl, combine slaw mix and garlic aioli.
Tear cilantro.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.Carefully remove tortillas from microwave and tray from oven.To serve, fill tortillas with vegetables, slaw, cheese, and cilantro. Bon appétit!
