1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Tent chicken with foil.While chicken cooks, prepare ingredients. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and halve shallot. Cut into 1/4" slices.
Coarsely crush croutons. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add green beans and shallot and stir often until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.Add garlic salt and 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally until green beans are tender and water is evaporated, 5-7 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutesRemove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with dressing, green beans with Parmesan, and entire dish with croutons. Bon appétit!
