Caesar salad is one of the best salads out there, but salad for dinner? It's just not enough. You'll be hungry an hour later! You won't be hungry with this meal, that scrumptious garlicky good flavor covering a succulent chicken breast. The crunchy croutons on top raise it from good to perfection.

If using salmon fillets, pat dry and season flesh side with a pinch of salt and pepper. Follow same instructions as chicken in Step 1, cooking, skin side up first, until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using ribeye, follow same instructions as chicken in Step 1, cooking until browned and steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side. Rest, 3 minutes. Halve to serve.

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Tent chicken with foil.While chicken cooks, prepare ingredients. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush croutons.
Halve and peel onion. Cut one half into 1/4" slices. (Remaining half is yours to use as you please!). -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add green beans and onion to hot pan. Stir often until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.Add garlic salt and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover, and stir occasionally until green beans are tender and water is evaporated, 5-7 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with dressing, green beans with Parmesan, and entire dish with croutons. Bon appétit!
