1 Prepare Ingredients
Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut green bell pepper into ½" dice. crisp prosciutto plate. microwave 3 minutes

2 cook peppers
medium pan, medium-high heat, 1 tsp oil. Cook peppers 3-4 minutes or until tender

3 toast flatbreads
"Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet, flat side up. Place baking sheet under broiler. Broil until beginning to brown around edges, 1-2 minutes. Keep an eye on oven as flatbreads may burn easily under broiler. Place baking sheet under broiler again until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes."

Place cheese on flatbread, then prosciutto and peppers. return to broil 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. drizzle with sauce.
