    Prepare The Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized piecess

    Cook The Chicken

Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with half the garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan, and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken to a plate, top evenly with caramelized onions, and tent with foil. Remove from burner. While chicken cooks, prepare the potatoes

Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 4 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and potatoes to hot pan. Cover and cook until slightly tender, 3-4 minutes. Add bacon and remaining garlic salt to hot pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are lightly browned, 4-5 minutes. Top with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.
