If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Vegetables
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until fork-tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Combine broccoli, potatoes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper in one provided tray. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
In another microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic pepper, and 1/4 cup water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the cheese sauce. Microwave covered until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir until combined and smooth. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Place chicken in second provided tray. Evenly top with 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, cheese sauce, then bacon. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, top vegetables with butter. Slice potatoes, if desired. Bon appétit!
