    Oven Instructions

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Evenly divide bolognese sauce, tomato puree, 2 tsp. olive oil, pasta, peas, and 1/2 tsp. salt between both provided trays. Stir to combine. Cover trays with foil.

Place trays on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 18-20 minutes.

While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine cream base, pesto, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish).

Carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide spinach, then pesto-cream mixture, between both trays and stir to combine. Cover with foil. Place trays on a baking sheet.

Bake again covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted, 8-10 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine.

To serve, garnish with remaining cheese and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
