Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Mix potatoes, corn, 2 tsp. olive oil, seasoning blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper in bottom of provided tray. Spread into an even layer on one side of tray.Place chicken in empty side of tray.If using steaks or pork chops, follow same instructions. -
2 Add the Topping
Top chicken evenly with cream cheese. Sprinkle dish evenly with cheddar cheese, and top chicken with crumbled bacon.

3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
If using steaks or pork chops, bake uncovered in hot oven until protein reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and top potatoes with crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
