Cooking Guidelines

If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground turkey, forming 4 patties and stacking 2 to serve.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 3 and 4, cooking 4 minutes per side, adding cheese, then cooking until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 1-2 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 3 and 4, cooking 4 minutes per side, adding cheese, then cooking until burger is heated through, 1-2 minutes.

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 28-30 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Make Apple Aioli and Crisp Bacon
In a mixing bowl, combine apple jelly and mayonnaise. Set aside.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add bacon to hot pan. Stir often until crisp, 2-3 minutes.While bacon crisps, line a plate with a paper towel.Remove from burner. Transfer bacon to towel-lined plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Form the Patties
In another mixing bowl, combine panko and 1 Tbsp. water. Rest, 1 minute.
Add ground turkey and garlic salt and mix until combined. Form ground turkey mixture into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. -
4 Cook the Patties
Return pan used to crisp bacon to medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add patties to hot pan. Cook until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Top patties with cheese, cover, and set aside until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes. -
5 Toast Buns and Finish Dish
Place buns, cut side down, directly on rack in hot oven, and bake until toasted, 2-3 minutes.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, apple aioli, arugula, bacon, and top bun. Bon appétit!
