If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Potatoes
Drain potatoes in a colander/strainer.
In provided tray, combine potatoes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and garlic pepper. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and half the Buffalo sauce (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for garnish). Set aside.After 15 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 425 degrees.Push potatoes to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture (use less if spice-averse), then shredded cheese and panko, pressing gently to adhere. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Spray chicken with cooking spray. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Crema
Bake uncovered in hot oven until potatoes are crispy and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1 tsp. water. If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir softened butter into potatoes until melted and combined.To serve, top chicken with remaining Buffalo sauce (to taste) and serve crema on the side for dipping. Slice chicken, if desired.
