Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Green Beans
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, seasoning blend, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans start to soften, 10-12 minutes. -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully remove tray from oven. Mix well, and push green beans to one corner of tray. Place mashed potatoes in opposite corner and top with cheese. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place cheese spread in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave, 10 seconds at a time, until beginning to soften.Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.Place chicken in empty side of tray and top evenly with softened cheese spread. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Top chicken with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
