Cooking Guidelines

1 Start the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, 1/2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper in provided tray.Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
2 Add the Pork Chops
While green beans bake, crush walnuts in bag.
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with onion salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.Carefully remove tray from oven and push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Place pork in empty space. Top pork with mayonnaise, then crushed walnuts, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine cherry jam, umami seasoning, balsamic glaze, and lemon juice.Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer pork chops to a plate and rest, 3 minutes.Drain liquid from tray. Stir garlic and herb butter into green beans. Top pork chops with cherry-balsamic glaze. Bon appétit!
