Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Season Pork Chops

    Rough chop walnut halves. Pat pork chops dry, and season with onion salt and ¼ tsp pepper. Place pork in provided tray and cover top surface with mayo. Crust pork chops with walnuts. Roast in hot oven for 5 minutes.

    Roast Green Beans

    In a bowl toss green beans with ½ tsp olive oil and ¼ tsp salt and pepper. Push pork chops to one side and add green beans to tray, roast an additional 10 minutes, until pork reaches an internal temp of 145 and green beans are tender.

    Make Sauce

    In a bowl mix sour cherry jam, umami seasoning, balsamic glaze, and lemon juice. Once pork and green beans are done remove the pork chops and add garlic butter to hot tray tossing the green beans in butter. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spooning sauce over pork chops.
