Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine red peppers, 1 tsp olive oil, and half the seasoning blend in provided tray until completely combined. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes
Add Shrimp and Make Slaw
Carefully remove pan from oven and push peppers to one side.
Add shrimp, cornstarch, and remaining seasoning blend to empty side of tray. Toss to coat.
Add slaw mix, 1 tsp olive oil, and onion dressing to a bowl until completely combined. Set aside.
Finish The Dish
Bake in a hot oven until peppers are tender and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-14 minutes.
Carefully remove pan from oven and stir tartar sauce, lemon juice, and pepper flakes (to taste) into shrimp until completely combined.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
Top tacos with potato sticks. Bon appétit!"
